Chef Fran López leads Xalar, located in the Donna hotel in Castelldefels, on the seafront of the Castelldefels 


Fran López, with a Michelin star in Xerta and Villa Retiro, projects the essence of Xalar in his dishes, with the slogan "The kitchen is Xalar", a space to share, enjoy and relax in an environment on the seafront, in the boutique hotel dONNA, in Castelldefels.

Seasonal product, canned rice dishes and products from the Baix Llobregat Agrarian Park have a special weight on the menu. The tapas to share are the great projection of the Xalar philosophy, in an informal atmosphere where each element in its perfect combination makes the space and the dish the best complement for Xalar.

Catalan wines take on an important role on the menu, since they have references from all the adenomination of origin in Catalonia.
