Designed for disconnecting, relaxing and letting go, the 263 new rooms and suites are inspired by the Mediterranean with custom fabrics, soft-colored furnishings, big picture windows and unique light fittings. Wood highlights and a color palette that pays homage to the sea are combined with a minimalist decor, in rooms flooded by natural light, all with spacious terraces.

DOLCE VITAL SPA
Reopens its doors converted into an evocative and stimulating space, with a new design in pale white and blue tones that induce a revitalizing and calming experience. The wellness area has 8 treatment rooms (three of them double, ideal for couples), where you will breathe an atmosphere of exclusivity and calm, ideal for immersing yourself in sophisticated treatments and massages to forget the outside world.
The water area consists of an indoor 30ºC heated pool, a Jacuzzi at 35ºC, both with their own indoor resting area dry sauna; steam bath and ice fountain. The impressive solarium terrace, shaped like a balcony, allows you to relax and let yourself be rocked by the sun's rays and the sea breezes, looking onto the most spectacular panoramic view of Sitges.
Spa is complemented by a new gym, featuring the latest Technogym technology, the renowned official Olympic Games supplier, to help guests keep up their sports routines while away from home. The fitness area has different areas for a thorough workout: a functional free weight zone, featuring a Kinesis machine, an exclusive Technogym concept; an area with strength-building equipment; and the cardio workout area.
GASTROMOMY
With dynamic spaces, open to the sea and designed with materials that transport the diner to the purest Mediterranean essence, the 3 restaurants and 4 bars of Dolce Sitges have been conceived to enjoy, share and merge with the environment, also through the palate.
The ingredients, from local producers, are the protagonists of chef Jaume Balada's cuisine, a tribute to the proximity product and the Mediterranean landscape.
MEETINGS & EVENTS
Its more than 2,175 m² of conference and meeting spaces, together with all the hotel facilities are the ideal environment to unwind while networking and enjoying. At Dolce Sitges every detail is taken care of, to offer guests unforgettable experiences that, aside from achieving the goals of corporate events, allow them to be swept away, caressed and pampered by the Mediterranean essence.
The facilities consist of 26 rooms, including two ballrooms with day light for meetings social events and large-scale celebrations, 9 meeting rooms and 13 breakout rooms. All of them have individual temperature controls, ergonomic furniture designed for the work environment, free broadband Wi-Fi connections, three lighting systems and advanced audio-visual equipment available in each of the rooms. The vast majority are naturally-lit and they are free from interior pillars. Furthermore, the hotel has rooms equipped to display vehicles, large and bulky machinery, as well as medical and biological equipment.
The hotel’s team of conference and meeting planners assist customers in organizational tasks and preparation of the events, helped by audiovisual technicians.
