On Saturday November 30th and Sunday December 01st of 2019, All Those will celebrate this Christmas edition.

Delicious cheeses, cold meats, sofrito sauces, sweets, jams, honey and even vegan and gluten-free products will make the perfect present, or will be ingredient on your menus. Among the many artisans, some of the highlights will be Kensho Sake: the first sake made with rice from the Ebro Delta, goat cheeses from Formatges l’Oliva, artisanal preserves by EncantAran and the oils of Mas Montseny. In addition, the natural fragrances of Bravanariz and the aromatic herbs of Blueyellow will add a sweet aroma to this edition.

The Christmas spirit, present throughout the market, will come true with the already classic panettones from Sabors, the turrón from Vallflorida and the carquiñolis from Escalfet. Nor will the timeless ice creams of Delacrem and vegan sweets from Wild Lulita.

As you walk through the market, you will also find the most unique handmade tableware pieces and textiles to dress up your dining table for the season. The kitchen utensils from Volto, the aprons from Apron or the eco-wrappers from Bee The Planet, will be an original detail for someone special. And while, together with a glass of mulled wine from Organic & Orgasmic, a cup of some of the natural and biodynamic wines selected by Human Vins, a good glass of Kombutxa, the vermouth from    El Bandarra or a craft beer, you will enjoy the unique and familiar atmosphere that characterizes each edition of All Those.

As usual, gastronomic projects will install their kitchens in the theater gardens. Gresca's grilled proposal, Mexican-Basque fusion of Mextizo, the smoked delicacies from Rooftop Smokehouse, Casa Xica's Asian or Caravan Made sandwiches, will be present at the new edition of All Those, marking the 5th anniversary of the festival, that has by now become a must-attend event in the city.

Another interesting feature of the festival will be a programme of workshops, such as the one about the arepas’ secrets with Ïnta, the beer tasting with Cyclic Beer in which you will discover the role of bacteria, fruit and wild yeast in the creation of this drink, the tasting of ancient varieties of onions with Les Refardes or the granola workshop by Health Studio, in which you can take your All Those glass jar, filled with an energetic breakfast. In addition this edition will also include other free activities for children around gastronomy, with the intention of promoting healthy eating.

Finding the perfect gift is going to be easy as abc this Christmas: All Those counts with more than 150 different projects that will take part of this new edition, including guest independent cooks, emerging food projects, and other local producers and artisans to discover in an overall enjoyable atmosphere.
