Péndulo Beach Club

What in the 90s was one of the most emblematic nightclubs in Castelldefels has been reborn with force in 2023 as a beach club. After a comprehensive renovation, Pendul has transformed into one of the reference places on the beach, combining quality cuisine, a vibrant atmosphere and an unbeatable location in front of the sea.

The space is spacious and versatile: two terraces - one elevated and the other literally with the feet in the sand -, three lounges distributed on different levels, bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows with direct views of the Mediterranean, and two spectacular bars where signature cocktails are prepared.

During the day, the DJs set the mood with soft and enveloping music; in the evening, the rhythm picks up and El Péndulo turns into a lively cocktail bar that lasts until well into the early hours of the morning. On Fridays and Saturdays, the experience turns into a disco, open until 5 a.m., with two areas reserved for VIPs.

But if there is one aspect that really makes the difference, it is its gastronomic proposal. Chef Octavi Torres, a specialist in seafood cuisine, signs a menu that places special emphasis on rice - with up to seven different varieties -, as well as meat, fresh fish (pay attention to the fried caprojo, which is a real gem), pasta recipes with personality, traditional tapas and thoughtful dishes. All this can be enjoyed uninterruptedly, from Monday to Sunday, between 12 noon and 1 am.

The experience is completed with a well-selected wine cellar and a creative cocktail bar that accompanies both quiet meals and livelier nights.
