The Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona will bring together some of the best chefs in the world, such as the Roca brothers from Celler de Can Roca, the Argentinian Mauro Colagreco from the Mirazur restaurant (Menton, France) or the Italian Massimo Bottura, from the Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italy) among others. The three will participate in a debate and in one of the solidarity actions that are being organized within the framework of an event that will offer new content and activities with the aim of approaching the current reality of the sector. A Forum that wants to focus on training, talent and technological innovation applied to gastronomy.

The show, which will be attended by important companies in the sector, continues to reveal some of the singularities of what will be a high-quality and decentralized program of the Palau de Fires, a space where the different thematic Agoras, round tables, demonstrations, workshops and monographic sessions.
