On September 14-15, the hall and gardens of the TNC will be brimming with creativity and crafts, showcasing projects of over 100 entrepreneurs

The main focus of the festival lies in the producers market: a call for all gourmands. Once again, a fine selection of local producers will come together in an impressive building in the shape of a Greek temple designed by Ricardo Bofill. Under its roof, we will find local produce like the cold meats from La Gleva, monofloral honey by Miel sa Mel, raw milk cheeses by Formatges Camps and naturally fermented preserved food by Mellow Sheng.

But the way to the heart is not always through the stomach; there will be also room for lovely projects such as the natural cosmetics by Lavana and Mamita Botanical, or ceramic goods by Cara Janelle, I&You Ceramics and Hoji.

For this new edition we’ll also have some old acquaintances: Street Food projects by Chivuo’s, Aiueno, Gresca or Las Muns, and new additions like El Filete Ruso and Rasoterra. And once again, All Those will bring together the most popular restaurants in town under the same roof. But if you’re still feeling peckish after such feast of flavours and textures, you can always give in to the temptation of eating one of the best artisanal ice creams in town: Delacrem’s.

All these delicacies will be paired with a variety of craft beers produced by Art Cervecers, La Pirata and Garage Beer, locally produced wines selected by Human Vins, natural refreshments like Kombutxa, and vermouth by El Bandarra.

To start off the season right, All Those will also offer different workshops and activities for all kinds of audienc-es. For the grown-ups: classic specialty coffee tastings by Nomad. During this edition, we will also experience a return to the roots with a unique tomato tasting by Les Refardes and a creation of fresh cheeses of vegetable origin with A poc a poc and Väcka. Children will be invited to participate in a food lab by Wild Food Caravan and could even design their very own “Veggie Amics” with Bon Aprofit.

With the idea to promote a laid-back, family-friendly environment, All Those will also include a children’s play area and a chill-out area for babies in collaboration with Mammaproof. This is certainly a great plan suitable for all audiences!
