LOCATION
Llívia is like an island catalana in French territory. A cozy village in the foothills of the Carlit peak, which was built at the foot of the imposing castle that was in ruins today. THE RESTAURANT
Fresh and local product, with classic dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. Most meat and fish dishes are cooked with 100% vegetable coal oven, which allows to achieve very tender and full of flavor textures. Be sure to try the steak tartare with pita bread, fish and meats cooked in the charcoal oven or tuna tataki with pistachio and ponzu sauce.
